Removing trojan virus

I think that I have this on my pc, also have personal antivirus that I can’t get rid of. How do I fix this?

My computer is vulnerable, and I get notifications of malicious spyware and adware installed. Including notifications for trojans. I also receive malicious pop-ups. How do I remove trojans, adware/spyware and viruses for no charge?

I have tried spydoctor, spybot, and a few others that download for free and then scan my computer, but once they find the infected files they tell me that I have to purchase the program in order to remove the infected files that were found.

So my computer has this thing called new malware.j that macafee keeps detecting on something called svchost.exe. I read somewhere that svchost is a processor or something but viruses can disguise themselves as that so I’m guessing that’s happening right now. Is there a way to remove it?
