anti spyware , privacy guard , etc. etc. removal?
please help me get this stuff off of my computer. this keeps coming up on my computer about every 2 minutes. Can not do anything for this. Have run Norton Anti Spam and Anti Spyware, and also Smithfraudfix. Nothing is doing it..HELP ME PLEASE

well the only way to get rid of it is to mess with the registry which in itself is a dangerous thing to do if you dont know what you are doing. I would love to tell you how to get rid of this stuff but I know as soon as I do I will have a ton of E-mails telling me how could I give someone that kind of dangerous info. best I can do is tell you , the next time an ad comes up is right click on the ad then get the URL from it and then type it into your search bar and see if there is instructions to get rid of it . if you contact me through here I may be able to help you step by step through yahoo messenger. I will be home all day today. Just send me a message and I will help you get this crap off there .
Smithfraud is a bitch to get rid of the best thing you can do is back up your Documents on a scan disk USB memory 2g or google more, the best price is at Radio Shack and reformat your pc programs and all, Spybot won’t get rid of it and neither will most other programs save your money and your pc and reformat it.. You can Google it, it is better than here, ask the questions there. If you don’t get rid of it, you will soon see the blue screen of death then you will have to work with your task manager to get into your pc. I just wanted to save you some time and trouble. I went through it, then download spyware blaster on your pc it works good, but you have to upgrade it about every two weeks if you don’t want to pay for it. It works in the background without using menory on you.

I would definitely try Spybot and AVG antispyware both are free. I have just removed privacy guard by Revo Uninstaller which I had previously downloaded, click on tools and then auto run and I saw it was running there (although it called itself by a different name and cant remember) I installed
it bundled with Spyware Terminator it might be Crawler but I think it was a toolbar!

Check for updates before booting in safe mode and performing a full system scan, in case a newer version exists.
