Trojan Virus Removal – Please Help?

I have a trojan virus on my computer and can’t seem to get rid of it. My virus software (AVG) plus "Super Anti Spyware" don’t seem to help as they can’t delete or move it to vault. The location of the file is as follows:
C:\windows\system32\ati3duagw.dll.bak
Trojan Horse BHO.BFS
I already hired a computer tech. He tried for several hours to remove it and then ended up taking the comp to his shop over the weekend to hook the hard drive up to a different computer (I think that is what he said). He returned it on Monday saying that it was removed successfully. After my virus scan today, it showed up again. Any ideas or suggestions as to how to get rid of this?

I think I have a Trojan virus and I don’t know how to get rid of it. I have run combofix, and adaware. When I start my computer two things pop up "raramuge.dll module not found and c:/windows/system32/bokiluve.dll module not found. What should I do?

I have multiple trojan horses and viruses. Since my computer is fairly new, I have no "paid for" versions of virus scanners, virus removal programs, etc. Symantec was already on my computer, and since I’ve gotten the worms, my screen is flooded with "scanning email 1 of 1" the a few seconds later theres a message saying it couldnt be sent "spam, malicious attachments, etc) I never sent them. My task manager (ctr alt del) has been disabled by the worm, because I am not detected as administrator anymore. Also on the start menu there is no control panel or my documents sections. The rapid emails being sent slow my computer down too much to be able to access the internet, or get paid for protection. I am running, and only running, Windows XP on it. I am n desperation, please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also this is on my laptop, I am doing this via my desktop so this is how I can access the internet and everything.
The internet is extremely slow, so I cannot download any AV programs. I disabled the internet so the emails would stop flooding at least. Thanks for the time though

Norton let through Trojan virus. Removal idea's please!!?

I have a current Norton 360 internet security.

I was having problems with some of my programmes such as Windows DVD Maker so as suggested by my pc I restored my computer to an earlier point in time. I think about month earlier.

After doing this a got an alert saying that Norton had detected a virus: Trojan.Brisv.!A and I had to remove it manually. I did so according to their procedures. I downloaded the Symantec removal tool for this particular virus, restarted my pc in safe mode, disabled restore points and ran the removal tool.

After the removal tool had scanned it said I didn’t have the virus. But I still got Norton alert saying that I did and after running scans it said the same thing. So I did the removal tool again and it said that I didn’t have the virus but I’m STILL getting the alert to say I have a virus!!

I am currently trying something else that someone else suggested, which was locate the file that had the virus (a downloaded music album), restart the pc in safe mode. delete the file, restart in normal mode. I have done this and am now scanning to see what it says.

Has anyone else had this or have any idea what I can do to fix it. I can’t really afford to pay for someone to do it.

ok so my computer just told me that it has detected a virus called Trojan.Brisv.A!inf… so i clicked the warning, and clicked for it to "remove" the virus, but it said the virus couldnt be deleted.. it infected one of my incomplete music files downloaded from limewire.. so i found the file and tried to delete it, but it said "cannot delete the file, as it is already running"… so now i have this stupid virus on my computer, and i have no idea how to get rid of it! =S i have norton internet security 2008 and windows vista home premium… i also downloaded a "removal tool" from symantec, but when i tried 2 run that its like "you do not have administrator rights to perform this operation" even though my computer account IS the administrator!!! can somebody PLEASE tell me how to get rid of this thing?? ive got too much work on here i cant afford to lose it all to a stupid virus… all help hugely appreciated, thankss!! oh also, i am a complete noob (novice) computer user, so i dont know anything about viruses and 100101100 and the windows registry or whatever its called… please help!!!
note: i did use the symantec removal tool provided, following all instructions but it wouldnt let me because it said i wasnt an administrator, but ACTUALLY my account IS the administrator account!

Virus – Trojan. Best removal tool for "Spywaresoft"?

I picked up this nasty little bugger from some website (no it wasn’t porn!) You may know of it, it sends fake infection messages and asks you to buy their software and also bombards you with pop up ads through IE. I see found lots of removal tools using a web search and it looks like I will have to pay for one as manual removal is complicated and not always 100% effective. What I’m asking is advice from people with experience on this specific virus what is the best, safest removal tool? I don’t want to download a removal tool that won’t be 100% effective or is simply another scam / virus.
