comcbt.dll virus removal?

I have NO clue how i got this virus. BUT IT NEEDS TO GO! if you know how to get it off my comp please help! Symantec Antivirus discovered it, but it can not be quarentine, repaired or deleted. It says it is a Trojan Virus.

  1. Install Clamwin and update the latest anti-virus definition files.

    At the tools menu, set the preferences to remove virus.

    Restart the infected PC in safe mode [press F8 during boot up].

    Start Clamwin and scan all hard drives for viruses.

  2. Download install and run full scans with these 2:

    mbam from http://www.malwarebytes.org

    superantispyware from http://www.superantispyware.com

    Delete all they find.
