   AvSystemCare is rogue spyware removal program. It is designed to "remove spyware". However, the developers of this program have a LONG history of un-ethical tactics to acquire their customers. Once their spyware is installed on your pc, you’re plagued with irritating false ‘Windows-Like’ popups. More commonly is the Red Circle with a White X in the center. This is irritating by design.
