Malware doctor removal help?
Alright so i have this virus or malware on my other computer. I have malware bytes program and it does find some of the malware doctor files but when i reboot they all come back. The problem is that when i access the internet on that computer the computer crashes. So i cant update any of my virus definitions. The malware bytes is up to date via usb but any other virus scans i try to put on it by usb need to access the Internet for updates.
I think i need a program that when you download it already has all of the virus definitions. I have alread tried hitman pro spyware doctor they both need internet to install.
Please a recomendation of a program or another way to uninstall this malware will help
thanks
okay guys heres where im at. I tried the safe mode and then malware bytes, when i restarted the computer it kept crashing. So i went back into safe mode and put it back to working settings. I dled a free trial of avg and did a manual update by usb. I even tried reformating It wouldnt let me boot from the cd. anyway Its scanning now i really hope this works. This afternoon has been frustrating!

The malware is probably copying itself when detected by scans in Normal Mode. Try running MBAM again while in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode reboot and either hold down or tap the F8 key repeatedly while the computer is starting back up.
Safe Mode disables unnecessary processes from running. After you run MBAM, reboot to return to Normal Mode, then try accessing the internet again to get your updates.

Sounds like you’re at the stage where you need to format your hard drive and reinstall you operating system. Hope you have backups on your files.
ok if you want to use the internet you have to remove the proxy to remove the proxy you have to go to internet explorer settings and remove proxy norton antivirus doesent detect go into safe mode and use malwarebytes it should work
You have a smitfraud/scareware infection. Also, don’t click on it/don’t buy it.
You have a little work ahead of you so pay close attention:
Go to http://www.malwarebytes.org and install the free version of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware. Update the program and then shut your PC off. Then:
1. At the top of your keyboard, look for key F8 and hold that down continually
2 Then restart your PC
3 After it restarts, scroll in to Safe Mode and hit Enter on your keyboard and wait a few moments for
it to start.
4 answer the question appropriately to get into Safe Mode
5 Once you’re in Safe Mode, open Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware an run a complete scan.
6.Remove what Malwarebytes’ finds by moving it to quarantine.
7.Then restart your PC normally.
For further help,go to http://freevirusprotection-spywaremalware.blogspot.com/ find the name of that program in the Uninstall List and see if they offer any other removal instructions
I really suggest you to download AVG 9.0 Internet Security (it is trial but you can use it just to remove spyware that is currently on your computer) and then download free edition (See sources)
You can also download it by your friend that has internet connection.
If that above doesn’t work go to the link:
1) http://www.avg.com/eu-en/avg-rescue-cd
And save it to CD or USB
2) Run your computer in safe mode and run rescue CD
3) Follow instructions
I know you don’t have to format hard drive or reinstall Windows. This works 100%.
Open task manager right clicking your taskbar ,under processes tab look after any of these malware processes Malware Doctor\Malware Doctor.exe
Malware Doctor\unins000.dat
Malware Doctor\unins000.exe highlight each one and end process. You will be asked to confirm, click yes/ok then close task manager. Then update your malwarebytes and do COMPLETE scan, when prompted to restart do so.If you can’t just boot in safe mode then do quick scan with malwarebytes. This will work 100%.The developers of MalwareDoc were also sloppy when they cloned AntiSpy Knight into MalwareDoc as shown by the Registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Malware Doctor\AntiSpy Knight. When testing MalwareDoc on a freshly formatted computer it still found infections. Unfortunately, these infections were legitimate Microsoft programs that includes files such as C:\Windows\Notepad.exe, C:\Windows\regedit.exe, and C:\Windows\System32\xcopy.exe. A large concern is that infected users who are unfamiliar with this program may mistakenly delete files thinking they are infections when in fact they are files required for the proper operation of Windows. When installed, MalwareDoc will be configured to start automatically when you boot your computer. Once running, it will scan your computer and display a variety of infections on your computer that cannot be removed unless you first purchase the program. As described above, these infections are all fake and are only being shown to scare you into thinking you are infected and to have you purchase the program. To further confuse users, when the installer creates the autostart entry in your Windows Registry that is used to start the program automatically, they chose a name that is used by a legitimate software. This name is Alcmtr http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/alcmtr-240.html and normally is associated with the a piece of audio software from RealTek. The reason they chose a legitimate name was to make it further appear like a program that should be allowed to run.
MalwareDoc is an unwanted program and has no redeeming qualities. It was not created to help anyone, but rather to steal your money. Instead of using this software, please use the free removal guide outlined below to remove MalwareDoc and any malware that was installed with it.Good luck.
MalwareDoctor is another name of Malware Doc infection (learn more about Malware Doc). Malware Doctor a.k.a. Malware Doctor 1.0 is not an anti-spyware so you shouldn’t expect it to clean your computer. However, the application is able to mimic anti-spyware activities like system scan and security warnings and these fabricated alerts may trick people into taking MalwareDoctor seriously.
