Malware removal help?

OK, so im searching on google right? and i click on a link and it takes me to ebay estate sales. OMFG, so i look into this malware and all i can find is people talking about reimaging their pc. I want help removing this. I have found a few ways other than that but they are very confusing cuz just out of no where the person say " That seems to have fixed it," but it has nothing to do with what the helper said. I need someone to help me remove this malware, and i do have team viewer, so if u want to do it that way than that could work. ALSO: when i tried to run on safe mode, it says like loding driver, than i get a blue screen with a question mark at the top left hand corner, the rest is blank. I really f’ing need this gone, considering im getting a new Nvidia 9400 GS graphics card and 2 GB of ram for christmas, and there is no point installing anything on an infected PC…

  1. AVG will not remove Malware. Don’t waste your time. If your gonna update your machine with new and better components the smartest thing to do is reload the OS and start from from new. You have what is called the blue screen of death. When you get that it usually means that your free AV has let you down. If your gonna do it do it right. Reload the OS. Put in your new components. Get a better AV that really works like Kaspersky. You will be miles ahead and you will have your PC back. If you can get malware bytes to download, open & update you can try it. But don’t be surprised if it’s blocked from downloading or updating. The time for a good AV that really works is before you get infected. Not after.

  2. The best and most effective way to get rid of malware is to use a good virus-removal program such as AVG, Norton Internet Security, McAfee etc. Doing a scan on your computer will most likely reveal any malware.

  3. You just need this: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
the malware you have may not allow you to run this so, first your malware only affects inernet explorer if you have firefox use that to download it.
If it fails to run, either unplug your internet connection and try again, or right click on the malwarebyes folder and rename it. Then run it, allow it to update, sit back and relax while it removes this malware for you, hey presto done.

  4. Have you tried running your anti virus scanner ,you might have to boot in safe mode and run your scanner
