Need a good FREE spyware/malware removers and protection?

Today I reformatted my computer, and since then I lost all my programs but think I’m already infected with some kind of spyware or malware.

So my question is where can I get a very good, thorough and FREE spyware and malware removal and protection program. Whether it be a cracker version, version with a serial, or a truely free program I would appreciate it.
*I meant to say *cracked* version, not cracker version.

    I’ve been using them all for over a year now.

    They are all compatible with each other and Windows XP and Vista as well as older versions of Windows.

    You will have a trouble free, clean, green, mean machine.

  4. google search and destoy spyware protection. download what ya see. and i could give you more detail but its pretty idiot proof to use mate. just load it up and click search and destroy. when it come up with a list of problems click fix problems. simple as.

    download AVG it is very good virus scanner and work automatically on your computer and remove trozon horse which is very bad virus scanner
