nothing will take antivrus 360 off my computer. malware removals dont work?

my computer wont let them run……..i thought it was gone but its not………can someone please tell me a way to get this crap off for good?

  3. The reason you haven’t been able to remove anti-virus 360 is probably because you followed bad advise. You need 4 tools to remove 360 and you have to use them in the right order. Malwarebytes anti-malware which is what a lot of users will tell you to use will not do it. It is one of the tools you need. You may need to download these tools to a different computer put them on a cd or flash drive. Then use them to remove the threat.
