OK this still part of problem with the Malware Alarm.I downloaded spy removal PCCClearGlobal malware?
It removed and leaned everthing but It wont let me take the program off under control panel or while the PCCCleaner is used by global. I wonder was this GLOBAL PROGRAM a spyware too, they won’t answer my help emails for support. Could someone please someone make a suggesstion.

Odds are it is also spyware itself. Spyware disguised as anti-spyware is very common. Download a trustworthy program like ad-aware, spybot search and destroy, or spyware blaster. You can go to download.com and get one of their top downloaded programs for free to be sure they’re safe. Gotta be very careful these days because attacks come in many forms. Good luck!
*UPDATE – I researched it, and if it’s PCClear, then apparently it’s not spyware.

So as for removal, if you can’t do it the normal way, you can probably do it in safe mode. Go to start>run>type ‘msconfig’>hit enter… then under the boot menu, check "safeboot"… restart your computer, then try uninstalling the program, or at least deleting the program files and all that. Then reboot in normal mode. Hope that helps.
try deletihg it from program files"go to my computer -program files"
First download and get any available updates for the following free programs
SuperAntispyware
http://superantispyware.com/
Spybot S&D (free version requires manual updating)
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/
AVG AntiSpyware
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/20/lng/us/tpl/v5
Adaware from Lavasoft (free version requires automatic updating)
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad_aware_free.php
(These programs can be run in Safe Mode after installation and updating)
Then boot into Safe Mode and try to remove the programs from Control Panel. Afterwards, run each of the above products while still in Safe Mode. See if that helps you rid of the infection. To get into Safe Mode, reboot your computer and as it starts up again, hold down or tap the F8 key. A screen should pop-up in a few seconds allowing you to choose Safe Mode.
After you are done, reboot again to go back to normal mode, see if everything is gone.
