Please help, How can i get rid of this fake Live PC care?
I have looked into it online and have found alot of other people have had the same problem, they suggested to download some free spyware removal, i have done that. I did the Maleware Anti Maleware one, but those don’t even run. I need to know, if i get say Norton virus removal for , will that fix it, does anyone know or can help me, i would really appreciate the answers, Thanx
You need to stop live PC care processes before using antimalware program. Here are manual removal instructions for it : http://www.2-viruses.com/remove-live-pc-care , there will be listed a way to detect its processes and how to stop them.
Norton NIS is $70. I recommend it and would not surf without it. Some of these nasty rogues are smart enough to defeat the free AV programs. You probably will have to install with a CD for the initial cleanup.
With Norton if the initial install does not work you have free telephone support. They can connect via the internet to your computer to fix it. Do it.
