I have NO clue how i got this virus. BUT IT NEEDS TO GO! if you know how to get it off my comp please help! Symantec Antivirus discovered it, but it can not be quarentine, repaired or deleted. It says it is a Trojan Virus.

I just got some sort of trojan or virus and I’m trying to get rid of it! I don’t have any antivirus that is working. I tried to get online to get a removal service for it but this virus won’t let me get on the internet. Any web browser I try to open it shuts down. I will probably end up having to take it in but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to save me some money and time!
