Best virus protection

Anyone know how to remove the trojan virus Virtumonde? I have tried several free scans that have been unsuccessful. Without having to pay for someone else to do it, what is the best way?

I have NO clue how i got this virus. BUT IT NEEDS TO GO! if you know how to get it off my comp please help! Symantec Antivirus discovered it, but it can not be quarentine, repaired or deleted. It says it is a Trojan Virus.

I have contracted a trojan virus, I scan with the free Malware Anti virus and I have AVAST that catches it, but every time I delete the virus and reboot, I get a RunDLL window that says C:/Users/(myname)/AppData/Local/Temp/hdwwnatt.dll have any ideas?
