First of all, there is no such thing as a "trojan virus". These are two different kinds of malicious programs. Viruses replicate themselves. Trojan horses do not. Saying "a trojan virus" is just as meaningless as saying "a motorcycle car".

Second, you should have specified the exact model of your phone. Not all kinds of phones can be infected.

Third, you should have specified the exact name of the malicious program and the anti-virus program that has reported it. Or, if you didn’t use an anti-virus program, you should specify exactly why you think the card is infected.

What I *think* might have happened is the following. Your PC is infected with a PC virus. When the MMC card is inserted into the card reader attached to your PC, it looks as a removable drive to it. Some PC viruses would copy themselves to any removable drive they find, although a virus cannot spread from a USB drive on its own, because autoplay doesn’t work on such drives.

If this is what has happened, don’t worry about your phone – it is not infected and will not be affected by the virus. (PC viruses generally can’t work on phones.) It can, however, cause damage to your PC – so make sure you disinfect it. Then simply use a PC-based anti-virus program that can detect this virus to scan the memory card from the PC through the card reader – just as you would scan any other drive on that PC. If the anti-virus program does not disinfect the virus automatically, simply delete manually the files on the card that were reported as containing the virus.
