unknown malware removal?

I know i have malware but nothing gets rid of it. I have used spybot S&D, smitfraudfix, microsoft malicious tool remover, mcafee, uniblue spy remover, and norton. This malware does not come on until I open a browser mozilla and IE both open up and open up two tabs one goes to some site advertising like ebay or adultfriendfinder etc, the other is my actual home page. Any one know how to get rid of this. I tried to go into safe mode and run all a/v and spyware removers nothing! I researched and found nothing I also even tried removing my mozilla and reinstalling it and nothing I dont want to wipe my hard drive if i dont have to!

  1. the key to any cleaning is doing it in safe mode. make sure your software is up to date, reboot to safe mode and scan again

  2. Hands down, the best anti-malware i’ve ever used is Malwarebytes found at Malwarebytes.org.

The free version works great – but it doesn’t offer real time protection or scheduled scans. I don’t actually recall the last time that Malwarebytes didn’t remove what i needed.

  3. Ad-Aware
    Panda AV
    AVG free
    Avast Anti-virus
    Malwarebytes Anti-malware

if you have 2 browsers you should designate one as a default browser to avoid conflict, but try malwarebytes from link below, download, update definitions and du a full scan of hard drive

  5. Try going to tools
    Then to options
In "Main",in Start up,make sure that Firefox is set to show your home page and not the last window or tabs.Make sure your home page is typed in and click OK

  6. You should use an antivirus program and antispyware software, because your computer is now infected with viruses and/or spyware.
