  2. I’ve had to deal with that virus too many times to count lol. It’s such a headache what i did to fix it was download

    Adaware http://download.cnet.com/Ad-Aware-Free-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?tag=mncol

    Spybot http://download.cnet.com/Spybot-Search-amp-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10122137.html?tag=mncol

You should also find a virus removal program that’s free or gives you a full featured free trial. I recommend searching on

    http://download.cnet.com/windows/

Run your PC in safe mode and install and run all the software programs this should clean your pc very nicely and get rid of that nasty virus.

    Hope this works for you!

  3. Sounds like you have some ransomeware on your laptop that’s creating the popup. If you can get to http://live.sunbeltsoftware.com/ you can use Vipre PC Rescue to clean it up. It’s free and it works really well. You may need to log on in Safe Mode with Networking to do that.

  4. Reboot your computer in Safe Mode:
-As soon as your computer turns on hit the F8 key repeatedly until a menu comes up…
-Choose "Start computer in Safe Mode with Networking"
-Log in as Administrator if possible, otherwise just use your normal account.
-Download and install the tools from the links below.
-Run MalwareBytes AntiMalware first, then the other one. (Say yes when asked to update)
