will windows malicious software (malware) removal tool interfer with my antivirus ALYAG (korean)?

i know that downloading 2 antiviruses will usually cause them to interfer, but what about toolbars/anti-spyware/malware-removal?

    Malicious Software Tool will only scan your computer once, right after you download it from Windows updates, then it will just sit on your computer and do nothing until the next months Windows Updates.

    Since it has no real-time protection, it should not conflict with your current anti-virus protection.

    installing and using two different anti-spy/mal/adware removal programs will no’t have bad effects
    the only discouraged thing is having two different antiVIRUS programs
    i run…
    Avira antivirus free edition
    Spybot Search and Destroy
    Ad-Aware
    Comodo Firewall pro
    and it runs well
